Working In Parallel

Today I wokeup to the amazing day so happy to live my dreams, I am going ahead to give interviews in the amazing newspaper that i always wanted to be on the front page of (For all the right reasons) Why are my working ways different? How am I different? How being a young leader has helped me help people better etc. I feel grateful for each difficult times that I had prior to this one I remember i reported to a pathetic manager who would do nothing but yell, Create loop holes in my working ways and then act like she helped me to be my saviour. She was abusive to others and was the kind who would make you wait in office just because she is still in office. Tough life!

I hated waking up early and running to catch a train while I saw successful people doing their own Shit, in their own way and u often wondered as to how am I going to change things for myself and be in my zone where even sleepleee hardworking days would feel just perfect because I’d be chasing my dream and not just working towards someone else’s. I am here today wearing my favourite Co ord suit and wrapping up my working with my team thanking each one of them for this amazing kick start year. I am going to travel to Sri Lanka with my whole team, yes we do on vacations (That I pay for, no deductions from salary ) and that’s optional I truly appreciate my employees going ahead and spending time with their lover, wife, family or friends. I have this view about things that you need to keep your employees happy and there is nothing that you can’t achieve in my meet last time with this famous director he spoke of how things are changing for worse. I realised and was glad how I have changed for better. So yes this is one of the most amazing days of my life, I am going to speak about what i believe in and how I believe it to be working in and I now know the whole world is waiting to be preached….just in the Parallel Universe.
